Mission/Goal
The Upahar Human Resource Pvt. Ltd. Has given unparallel services in coordination with Nepalese employee and foreign employers according to the Nepalese rule and regulation for the fulfillment of foreign employers. We shall strive to continue to offer the highest standard of work force to foreign industries, companies and various types of service-oriented firms as practiced in the wider international economic community.
We shall also continue to produce skilled labor who are equipped to constitute industry, company, organizations, firms and other service oriented institutions as for the global society wherein which they are to live and to recognize the development and acknowledgment of the past as well as concern for innovation.
In addition, we shall continue to offer useful training seminars, workshops, and research consultancy to enrich the quality of services of Nepalese employees who are seeking for employment within the country and abroad.
In fulfilling our mission, we have the following major goals which guide our foreign employment strategies. We review and update our foreign employment strategies annually to achieve these goals.
